What you would be selling

NexusAI is an AI agent for Autodesk Revit. It inspects the model, executes changes, verifies the result, and iterates. It covers Revit 2021 through 2027 from a single codebase and installs as a signed ApplicationPlugins bundle.

It sells into the same accounts you already serve: firms with Revit seats, a BIM manager, and more automation requests in the queue than anyone has time to script. The buyer is the person who currently maintains the Dynamo graphs.

Referral

Enterprise readiness

The deployment work is done, and it is the part most small vendors cannot answer:

EV code signed against a cloud HSM. Every shipped binary, not just the installer.
Autodesk ApplicationPlugins bundle, per-version component targeting, correct for both the ProgramData and Program Files discovery roots.
Silent enterprise install across managed workstations. Clean uninstall.
No Windows service, no driver, no autostart, no process injection, no ACL modification, no self-updating binary, no inbound listener.
A written behavior document covering install actions, runtime behavior, and network endpoints in both directions, available for your client's security review.

If your clients' IT departments run software through review, that document usually ends the conversation in one pass.

Support

NexusAI runs agentically, so day-to-day use does not depend on a support desk. For partner engagements I provide direct deployment assistance during rollout, including installer configuration, multi-version setup, and anything your client's IT review raises. Ongoing end-user support sits with the partner, with technical escalation to me for anything that reaches the product itself.
