A valid NexusAI subscription is required to activate the add-in. NexusAI is web-first, so create your account and subscribe on the web, then install the add-in. Individual plans sign up at the Individual portal; Enterprise plans at the Enterprise portal. Open Revit and sign in on the web, and NexusAI pairs your computer automatically.

computer. The installer is Authenticode-signed with a DigiCert
Extended Validation (EV) code-signing certificate issued to
Project Nexus LLC. You can confirm the publisher at any time by
right-clicking the .exe → Properties →
Digital Signatures.
Because each release is freshly published, Windows SmartScreen may show a “Windows protected your PC” notice on the first downloads until reputation builds for the new version. This is a reputation prompt for new software, not a virus detection, and the file is safe to run:
NexusAI installs no services, drivers, or background auto-updater and makes no changes outside its own install folders. If antivirus ever flags the file, it's a false positive. Please contact support and we'll help; there's no need to disable your protection.
Double-click the downloaded file. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway. The installer handles all dependencies automatically.
Open Revit and find the NexusAI ribbon tab. Click the NexusAI button to open the AI assistant.
NexusAI is web-first. Accounts and subscriptions are managed entirely on the web, not inside Revit.
Individual plans (from $20/month): Create your account and choose your tier at app.getnexusai.net/individual-auth, then complete checkout.
Enterprise plan: Create your company account and purchase seats at app.getnexusai.net.
With the add-in installed, open Revit and sign in on the web, and NexusAI pairs your computer automatically. No sign-in happens inside Revit.
